Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order slip inside the parcel.

  Ship to Skin Bunny

  Send your package to our UK warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please keep your postage receipt until your refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
